District to host Watershed Stewardship Grant Open House February 19th
The Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District is hosting an informational open house about our Watershed Stewardship Grants! This grant from the Watershed District offers financial support and resources for clean water projects to residents and organizations in the Watershed District. Examples of eligible projects include raingardens, buffers, habitat restorations, tree trenches, and rainwater reuse systems. Individual homeowners, non-profits (including home, townhome, and lake associations), schools, businesses, and local governments are all eligible to apply. Applicants can receive funding up to $5,000 for homeowners, $20,000 for nonprofits/ associations, and $50,000 for local governments.
On Wednesday February 19th, from 6:00-7:30pm, the Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District will host an informational open house at 18681 Lake Drive E, Chanhassen. There will be a brief presentation at 6:30 that will provide an overview of the Watershed Stewardship Grant.
