Citizen Advisory Committee
The Citizen Advisory Commitee (CAC) is comprised of community volunteers who advise the District Board of Managers as representatives of citizen interests.

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) advises the District Board of Managers. Members of the TAC include representatives of cities, counties, state and other agencies. Meetings are irregular and scheduled on an as-needed basis. Staff liaison for the TAC is Terry Jeffery.
