Kayleigh Hein

Kayleigh first joined the district in 2024 as a water quality intern. She assists with data collection and management for the water quality monitoring program, such as routine stream and lake monitoring, and carp management. She has a a B.S. in Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities.
Kayleigh's favorite part of her job is the ability to enjoy spending time outdoors while collecting data and water samples and getting to work with awesome coworkers at the district. In her free time, she loves to go camping, hiking, and play pickleball.
