About the Project
This project will stabilize a ravine and capture runoff to reduce future erosion along Silver Lake.
In 2017, the Use Attainability Assessment (UAA) for Silver Lake was updated and identified Silver Lake Subwatershed SiL-2 as a target subwatershed. This project will stabilize an existing ravine, place iron enhanced sand filter ditch checks in the stabilized ravine, capture the runoff from Pleasantview Road in a structure designed to dissipate the energy and reduce any future erosion.
