Homeowners, non-profit organizations, businesses, schools, and municipal governments located in RPBCWD may apply.
Can I get in-kind credit for installing the project myself?
No. This project type is not eligible for an in-kind labor credit.

Required Attachments for Application
Please upload these items with your application form or you will have an INCOMPLETE application. The application form has places to upload documents and images, or you may email them directly to the grant program coordinator.
- Before photo(s) of planting area(s)
- Description or sketch of the planting location(s) on your property
- Detailed cost estimate for the native plants you are proposing (include size/pack description, quantity, price each, and total cost)
- List of live plants/seeds with scientific names for all species AND bloom time (check out our Favorite Native Plants for Suburban Yards which includes species organized by bloom time with keystone species noted)
- This should include at least 9 different species with at least 3 blooming in spring, 3 blooming in summer, and 3 blooming in summer
- There should be at least one keystone species within your plant list
