Do you care about the lakes, creeks, wetlands, and groundwater in your community? Do you wonder how you might help to protect and restore them? Become a volunteer on the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) and make a difference through sharing your community insights and ideas.
As a member of the CAC, your role will be to advise and assist the watershed district’s Board of Managers as a representative of citizen interests. The CAC meets monthly with occasional guest speakers. New CAC members would begin their service in January 2025 and serve two-year terms.
CAC members must live or work within the watershed district. Learn more about the CAC at rpbcwd.org/CAC.
Submit an application for the CAC now through November 15th.
