RPBCWD Hiring Summer Interns

The Riley Purgatory Bluff Creek Watershed District is currently hiring for 2 seasonal internships.
- Position terms are May to October with flexible start/end dates (depending upon availability, position could start in April and extend into November)
- 30-40 hours per week (occasional weekends and evenings)
- Hourly wage range: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Water Quality Intern
This position provides technical support and assistance in the protection, improvement and management of the surface waters within the District, and will involve assisting the Water Quality department with the operation and maintenance of a watershed-wide monitoring program for lakes, streams, stormwater ponds, and wetlands.
Regulatory Program Intern
This position provides technical support and assistance for the RPBCWD Regulatory Program which ensures a consistent level of resource protection across the watershed district. This position will assist the Natural Resource Technician with site inspections, and database management with a GIS component.
